These are manufactured specifically to customers requirements so that the pocket is positioned on 3 sides. The template is also positioned on 3 sides and pushed forward into the machine. After passing through the machine it is returned by a conveyer belt to the operator. We supply the complete jig together with 10 stainless steel templates, or more if required. We can supply Teflon coated templates where pockets have been pre-fused. This eliminates adhesive pick up.
Production approximately 400 to 450 per hour.
Pocket sizes can be faxed or posted to us, showing all measurements with information on material to be used. Completed jigs can be dispatched within 24 hours, and delivery worldwide within approximately 4 days.
