These are positioned on 3 sides together with the templates and pass through the jig head and into the machine (left and right hand). When they return to the operator they are then pushed through the stainless steel side folder which completes the sleeve placket envelope. Two side folders are needed if overlap on the underside is required.

Production 300 to 350 pairs per hour.

This is a left and right one pass system. Plackets are placed through folder and up to a stop then the plunger is pressed to form a chevron and through into the machine.

Production 600 pairs per hour.
