Machinery Applications PFC520 Fusing and Creasing Machine
This machine is run from single phase electricity with heater capacity of 3Kw at 12 amps. The fusing belts are 52cm x 83cm with a return belt to
take goods back to the operator. PFC320 Fusing and Creasing Machine
This machine is run from single phase electricity with heater capacity of 2Kw at 8 amps. The fusing belts are 32cm x 45cm with a return belt to
take goods back to the operator. The above machines can be used for doing both fusing
and creasing on woven and non-woven material and listed below are the type of

(Pockets – all shapes and sizes can be produced
by using our pocket jigs, these include, round, square, mitred and pointed,
round with a central point, bellow pockets, side insertion pockets and jean type
pockets). PF400 Fusing Machine
This machine is run from single phase electricity with
heater capacity of 3Kw at 12 amps. The fusing belts are 32cm x 83cm. It is also
fitted with a silicone roller to which the other steel rollers are pressed down
onto. The machine has been designed to operate on a higher speed of fusing which
is ideal for trouser waistbands and if fitted with the PTR2 Twin
Variable Tension Rewind Unit it is ideal for manufacturers requiring waistbands
on roll for attaching to trousers. Generally all small fused parts that can be
accommodated by the width of the machine but with a higher speed capacity. PF100 Belt Loop Fusing Machine
This machine is run from single phase electricity with
heater capacity of 1Kw at 4 amps. Fusing belts are 5cm x 30cm. This machine is aimed directly at fusing belt loops on
trousers and has a guide system that will allow the majority of twists on the
pre-entry to the machine to be taken out. Pinning Tables
A single phased machine with a 50W motor only.
The machine is designed for aligning striped, checked or various patterns
layer on layer at a low level to the height of the pin, as explained in our
leaflet. (The price of the tables are dependent on the size of
the table required)
